If paradise had a hunting lodge, it would be Los Chañares with FlyWays! My husband and I had the most incredible experience—equal parts luxury, adventure, and hospitality at its finest. Let’s start with the food—5-star all the way! Chef Gonzalo not only served up world-class meals but also graciously shared his empanada recipes with us in a hands-on cooking class. Truly a talented guy with such a warm personality. The staff? Absolutely top-notch. I come from a hospitality background, and I have never felt so well taken care of. They anticipated every need before we even thought of it. From the lovely team tending to our rooms to the incredible service staff—every single person was proactive, friendly, and an absolute delight. A special shoutout to our host, Juan—the kindest, most fun, and genuinely welcoming person. It felt like reconnecting with an old friend. Now, while I’m not a shooter, this trip was still incredible—relaxing, fun, plenty of adventures and activities and just the right amount of indulgence. My husband, on the other hand, had an absolute blast shooting. His loader was fantastic, and they shared plenty of laughs along the way. If you’re looking for the best dove shooting, accommodations, and hospitality around—this is it. Whether you’re a shooter or someone like myself, Los Chañares with FlyWays is an absolute must. Already planning our next trip back!

Without fail, Posta Del Norte staff and Bird-boy crew exceeded all expectations! Juan and Hanibal were the consummate host. Accommodations were made in very short order to meet my pescatarian lifestyle and they happily assisted in planning our additional unscheduled excursions with very little notice. They accommodated our party of 6 throughout the entire stay… from the gracious greeting of the staff, to the extraordinary culinary and resort like accommodations, we did not expect from a hunting lodge. Collectively, we are already planning for next year at their sister Ranch… thanks again to Juan, Hannibal and the entire crew at Posta Del Norte! What a wonderful trip!

From the moment we landed, we were treated to a 5 star experience. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at 4am, our driver was waiting with beverages and a sprinter van to take us to the hacienda. The hacienda has everything anyone would want from a 5 star hotel; the staff provided top notch service; the chef cooked delicious 5 course meals; and the hacienda manager Juan was available day and night to guide, recommend, and handle all requests. Los Chanares was highly recommended to us by a friend and its our pleasure to highly recommended it to anyone wanting a top quality wing shooting experience in Argentina

What an awesome trip! The hunting was great, the accommodations were top shelf and the food was Michelin star worthy, but most of all the staff at Posta del Norte made us feel at home in a distant country and treated us like family.

This was the best place I have ever experienced. From the planning with Tania to get there to the finish with saying goodbye to new friends it was incredible. Juan is the best host there is on the planet! The food was out of this world! The pool, the spa, the bedrooms, the lodge just awesome! Oh, and not to forget the bird hunting was out of this world. You won’t forget this memory as I didn’t want to leave the lodge. Los Chanares is a special place. Whether you are bringing your family or just yourself, they treat you like family. Can’t wait to go back!

I went on a short trip to Posta del Norte in September 2024 and everything was well put together, great food, courteous staff/ guides and exciting hunting. The lodge was perfect, and I enjoyed the heated swimming pool, along with many other features. I will definitely be back sometime soon!

Amazing Job! Posta del Norte made the trip enjoyable from start to finish, the hunting, the lodge, and all staff made the trip of a life time. We will be looking to do this again down the road.

I have been here several times. This is a high quality lodge with great food and wing shooting. They draw a terrific group of clients. Be prepared for a sore shoulder, full belly, and a good time.

We had four great days of shooting. The service was second to none and the food was equal to a 5 star restaurant.

Posta del Norte was an AWESOME experience. We were one half of two couples. We loved the rustic, yet pristine, feel of the rooms. The hunting was spectacular and the bird boys were fantastic. One of our favorite parts of the trip was the dining experience. Meals were top notch and we enjoyed communing with other hunters. Each meal was several courses. We loved the wine and drinks available all day. The staff is fantastic. We even partook in the hot tub during unusually cold weather. This was definitely a bucket list experience.

The lodge was very nice and the food was exceptional! We had lots and lots of birds to shoot at most of the days. I cant say enough about Jeremy helping us get this trip booked and answering questions. but most importantly when United screwed up our flights he went to work to help. Got us hooked up with a private driver to hand walk us through the process once we were there. Invaluable. Plus I had my 77 yr. old dad with me and will never forget this trip!!

The shooting was fantastic and the staff is first rate. In the past I have brought my own gun but this time I rented theirs. The staff worked with me until I had a gun that fit me I am 6′ 4″. Food was as good or better than BA. Juan was a great host and I look forward my Next trip.

Just got back from our 1st Father/Son trip at Los Chanares. Can’t say enough good things about the experience. Staff was fantastic, Hunting was excellent, property/accommodations were outstanding and the food was out of this world GOOD! Would highly recommend for family and/or friends wanting to experience dove hunting in Argentina. We will be coming back!

We really enjoyed the beautiful lodge and surroundings! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The grounds and pool/hot tub were perfect, and the food was plentiful and amazing! We hope to return!

From the time that you are picked up thru the end of your stay they are taking care of you. Excellent food, clean rooms, great hunts, plenty of birds, even the bird boy were asking what they could do to make the hunt better. everybody was super friendly. This was a bucket list hunt, now my list has several more hunts to Posta del Norte.

Posta Del Norte was incredible in every way. The loding, the food, the people, the hospitality and most especially the hunting! The birds were everywhere. Hunts were great. Food was unbelievable. Lunch in the fields was one of the highlights of the trip, complete with hammock naps afterwards. I cannot say enough good things about this place, the people and the hunts. I will DEFINITELY be back and will be bringing my son with me next time.
